Welcome to Caribbean Isles Mobile Home Community, an age 55+ and resident owned community. A decade ago, the residents took control of their future and purchased their park. A co-operative was formed to manage and administer the new Resident Owned Community. 

Being a Florida waterfront community, we have it all! The central Florida location, an active lifestyle and “new” old friends are the foundation of our lives here.

We are located on the east side of Tampa Bay with canal access to the Bay.

Our homes are available with either canal front or interior home sites. Many of our residents are avid boaters and fishermen with their watercraft parked at their back doors. Beaches, theme parks, sightseeing attractions are all an easy day trip from our homes.
